Player Complaint – Betonline – Missed window to complain about misgraded bet

Here is the following complaint in SBR FORUM
betonline-logoA couple of days ago I noticed that I had a (motorsports) bet graded incorrectly (as a loss instead of a winner) on Betonline ~two weeks ago.

Their rules say “Account balances must be verified by the player on each call or visit to our website prior to wagering. When the player verifies and accepts their account balance, they agree all previous transactions are correct. All disputes and claims must be settled prior to making any additional wagers. Players must address all disputes and claims within seven days from the date of said wager” – and this is what they are now referring to, when I addressed the issue.

Obviously it’s my fault that I didn’t have a look into it earlier, but I have never had any problems like this with Betonline, so I only check the balance occasionally.

Do you have any experience with issues like this? Is there any hope to get this still corrected as a matter of goodwill maybe, when SBR gets involved?
