Sportnco appoints new chief information officer

France-based sportsbook supplier Sportnco, the B2B subsidiary of operator France Pari, today (15 September) announced the appointment of Benjamin Böhle-Roitelet as its new chief information officer.

Böhle-Roitelet joins from contactless technology specialist Unitag, where he was the business’s chief digital officer. He has also held past roles managing technical projects with groups such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and chief executive of AI companies such as Ekito and Relief.

Sportnco said it hopes his appointment will help to continue and amplify the growth it has experienced in recent years, as well as managing potential acquisitions of technology companies which could further bolster its position in the market.

Böhle-Roitelet commented: “I am very happy to be joining Sportnco and continue this great adventure which has seen the company grow considerably since launching in 2010.

“My goal is for Sportnco to develop the most agile offer ever offered in the online sports betting market to enable its new and existing B2B customers to grow and expand.”

Sportnco’s founder and chief executive, Hervé Schlosser, added that: “The arrival of Benjamin Böhle-Roitelet as CIO is extremely positive and we are delighted about it. Benjamin is an additional asset for our company and will enable us to provide an even stronger level of service to our current and future B2B customers.

“This will take the company to a new level in what is already a highly technological sector.”

The company recently signed new partners in the US and Colombia, which will be launching in the near future in addition to the group’s existing activities in France, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
