Bwin has agreed a deal to become the first-ever official betting partner of Italian Serie A football club Internazionale.
The new partnership will run through until 2020, with bwin to also serve as a ‘top partner’ of the team.
bwin branding and live odds from the operator will now appear on pitchside LED advertising boards inside the club’s San Siro home stadium, while the firm will also have a presence on the team’s social media channels and in the Inter digital space.
In addition, fans will have access to a number of promotions and special offers specific to certain Inter matches.
“bwin can make the most of the new and developing multimedia models that the Club is pushing forwards, leading to expansion within their business and providing unique and valued content for their own clients,” Inter chief revenue officer Michael Gandler said.
Moreno Maraso, country lead on the board of directors for bwin Italia added: “Historically, bwin has always supported and sponsored clubs who are at the peak of world football; this collaboration highlights our closeness to the world of sport and its values.”
