Hoffenheim roll dice on Interwetten sponsorship

interwettenimageTop-tier German soccer side TSG Hoffenheim have announced a long-term partnership with online betting company Interwetten.

Under the terms of the contract, which runs until June 2020, the Austrian bookmaker will become a premium business partner of the Bundesliga club and their official betting partner. Interwetten will have a strong brand presence through pitchside LED boards at Hoffenheim’s home ground, the Wirsol Rhein-Neckar-Arena, as well as on TSG’s digital and social media platforms.

"We are very pleased to have gained a partner in Interwetten” said Peter Görlich, managing director of TSG Hoffenheim. “Together we will focus on the German-speaking sports betting market. The company has been setting new standards and innovative ideas for its industry, and we are convinced that we have chosen an ideal partner." 

Hoffenheim finished fourth in the German top flight in the 2016/17 season, qualifying for the play-off round of the Uefa Champions League. They play Liverpool in that game on Tuesday before start their 2017/18 Bundesliga season with a home fixture against Werder Bremen on 19th August.
