Global lottery and gaming company GTECH has confirmed that its subsidiaries, Spielo International UK and Boss Media AB, have completed a previously agreed employee transfer to HCL Technologies Limited and HCL Sweden AB.
An agreement was struck in September of this year to transfer a number of Sweden-based Boss Media employees to HCL and the provision by HCL to Spielo of certain technical operations service previously provided by Boss Media.
Although the original announcement suggested approximately 160 employees would transfer, a total of 143 have now moved to HCL.
