Mr Green continues revenue growth in Q3

Mr Green continues revenue growth in Q3Scandinavian online casino operator Mr Green has cited new developments in its gaming products and a focus on new mobile platforms as the key reasons behind its continued revenue growth in the latest quarter.

The firm posted revenue of SEK124.1 million (€14.1 million/$19.2 million) in the third quarter of 2013, up from SEK81.1 million in the corresponding period of 2012.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation also grew from SEK21.7 million to SEK31.5 million year-on-year in the three months until the end of September 2013.

The figures add to the impressive performance of Mr Green during the first nine months of 2013.

Revenue for the first nine months of the year now stands at SEK347.6 million, a significant increase on the SEK217.8 million recorded in the same period last year.

In addition, EBITDA is also up from SEK20.8 million in the first nine months of 2012 to SEK83.5 million this year.

“The growth is a result of Mr Green’s ability to create a secure and exciting game experience for players combined with a focus on new mobile platforms, such as tablet devices and smartphones,” Mr Green’s chief executive officer, Mikael Pawlo, said.

“Mr Green is continuing to invest in marketing activities and new product development to ensure that the company is positioned to respond to the technology shifts occurring in the market, such as the move toward mobile gaming.”
