Genting Alderney has launched a new live dealer offering powered by Slovenian technology provider Comtrade Gaming, with games broadcast live from its London-based venue Crockfords Casino. The Crockfords Live Casino offering is available exclusively to members of the Mayfair-based casino and VIP customers. Using Comtrade’s gCore Live Casino solution, the product is designed to allow clients to customise the offering to suit their needs.Genting has used this flexibility to replicate its casino’s house rules to the online environment, including bet limits, dealing standards and player incentives for which the high-end venue is renowned.
Genting partnered with ComTrade in 2012 to develop a proprietary gaming platform, after ending its previous deal with Playtech. The partnership has seen Genting relaunch its casino offering alongside a general live dealer product.
Genting Alderney managing director Peter Nolan explained that it was “very important” for the operator to offer a high-quality live dealer product for its VIP customers.
“Comtrade Gaming was able to deliver game software that replicates the high standards of Genting’s land based clubs,” Nolan continued. “Our online players expect to receive the same exceptional service that they get in our Mayfair casinos.”
Comtrade Gaming general manager Ales Gornjec added that Genting’s decision to select his company’s gCore product for Crockfords Live Casino was a “fantastic endorsement” of the product.
“It is a great honor to be working with Genting Alderney part of one of the largest international gaming groups in the world,” Gornjec said.
The operator also recently launched an online and mobile sportsbook offering in partnership with sportsbook platform provider FSB Technology. Launched last week, Genting is the first company to roll out FSB’s product following a soft launch in 2013.
