Gamzio Mobile strikes real-money gaming deal with CashBet

Social casino gambling company Gamzio Mobile has signed a letter of intent to form a partnership with software platform provider and eGambling specialist CashBet for its move into the real-money gaming market.

As previously reported by iGaming Business, Gamzio confirmed on Tuesday that it is to enter the sector after identifying the financial opportunities available in real-money gaming.

Under the new partnership, Gamzio will use CashBet’s proprietary platform to access a turnkey system that can handle licensing, compliance, player verification and the banking needed to enable eGambling within Gamzio’s games in regulated jurisdictions.

CashBet, which provides platforms to enable companies to offer real-money online gambling for social and mobile games, was awarded Category 1 and Category 2 eGambling Licences by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission last year.

“With jurisdictions opening up rapidly to allow real-money gambling, this partnership puts us in a position to take full advantage of this fast-growing segment of the gaming industry,” Gamzio’s chief executive officer, Jason Deiboldt, said.

Dr. Mike Reeves, chief executive officer and co-founder of CashBet, added: “At CashBet, our focus is on building the world’s most trusted brand for mobile gambling and providing our partners with the necessary tools for access to this growing market.

“We’re looking forward to a long-term relationship with Gamzio to help them successfully build out the real-money gaming channel of their business.”
