Elray Gaming, the online gaming and turnkey solution subsidiary of Elray Resources Incorporated, has completed the acquisition of the SimRacing virtual horseracing platform from BetTek.
The firm is already running a Beta version of the platform and said it would shortly be launching a working version of the service, with races due to be available to the public within the next week.
Elray Gaming said it is currently working with a “large licensed partner” in Hong Kong with the intention of entering into a joint venture and licencing the technology.
Brian Goodman, chief executive officer of Elray Gaming, said: “Elray is now showing benefits as a result of its focus and expertise in the valuable and rapidly growing gaming segment.
“The company will work to deploy this virtual betting platform through joint ventures, licensing agreements, and potentially have this real time virtual betting game in such places as casinos, betting parlors, and sports bars.”
