The new programme, which is open to customers in all 27 countries where my paysafecard is available, allows users to collect ‘PLUS’ points with each payment transaction they make.
Customers can also earn additional ‘Level’ points from regular activities such as logging in to their account once a day, as well as one-off activities such as signing up for the newsletter.
The points enable customers to level up in ‘my PLUS’, with each new level bringing more exclusive benefits. Customers can then exchange points for rewards, which include offers from various online shops.
Udo Müller, chief executive officer of paysafecard, said: “The my PLUS loyalty programme is our way of showing our customers how much we appreciate their loyalty to our online prepaid payment solution.
“Our many years of experience helps us understand our customers and be able to offer them rewards they really want. Loyalty programmes are generally uncommon in the prepaid industry.
“So we are even more pleased to bring about a market trend, as well as to recognise customer loyalty with genuine benefits.”
