Gamzio prepares to launch Cashbet-powered casino app

Gamzio first revealed that it had agreed a partnership with Cashbet in January as it looked to enter the real-money gaming space to complement its existing social casino business. The company currently has one free-to-play app live, the mobile social slot game Slots-O-Luck.

The company’s chief executive Jason Deiboldt said his top priorities in ensuring a successful real-money launch were to provide players with exclusive game content, strong customer service and player support, and fast and reliable banking transactions.

“Cashbet’s innovative player management technology and 24-hour player support team will help to ensure all of Gamzio’s players enjoy an unmatched mobile casino experience inside Gamzio’s real-money games,” Deiboldt explained.

Deiboldt also revealed that Gamzio had hired two individuals with a combined 30 years of real-money gaming experience to support the launch, although it did not reveal their identities.

The Cashbet solution is one of the latest real-money gaming platforms to launch, competing with the likes of Betable, real-money social games network ISIS Friends and HTML5 platform provider Odobo. Each solution is designed to allow small, independent developers to establish themselves in the iGaming sector without heavy compliance and support costs.

The company holds Category 1 and Category 2 eGambling licences from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, and was founded by Scientific Games veterans Dr Mike Reaves, who acts as the company’s chief executive, and chief technology officer George Weinberg.

Reaves has claimed that Cashbet is currently in negotiations with a number of potential partners, but is yet to announce any other deals.
