Diversified entertainment company C3 Entertainment has linked up with software firm Pariplay to launch real-money games based on its iconic ‘The Three Stooges’ brand.
Under the worldwide licensing agreement, Pariplay will continue to develop additional games featuring the classic brand across smartphones and tablets.
The Three Stooges branded slot game, which will feature 3D art technology, has been developed with a new game engine algorithm that enables free spins and additional bonuses.
“The Three Stooges brand already has a major global presence in legal online gaming,” C3 Entertainment’s executive vice-president of licensing and consumer products, Ani Khachoian, said.
“Our Pariplay partnership gives our brand expanded placement in the international online marketplace while broadening the gaming options available to fans and gamers alike.”
Pariplay chief executive officer Gili Lisani added: “The Three Stooges are true American icons after 80 years of success on stage, screen and television; few people fail to recognise the familiar names and images of Larry, Moe and Curly.
“The world famous The Three Stooges brand is a tremendous brand to augment our suite of Pariplay products and we look forward to developing more igaming experiences with the property.”
The deal was brokered by US-based gambling publisher Majesco Entertainment.
