German sportsbetting firm Betterbet Sportwetten GmbH has acquired Betbull Holding SE subsidiaries WettenLeip GmbH , OST Outsourceing & Trading , Penalty Sports Entertainment & Primebet for around Euro 7.4 million.
Dependent on the award of a German sports betting licence by a June 2015 deadline, a further Euro 1.5 million may be payable.
BetterBet is headed up by Mathias Dahms , president of the newly formed German Association of Sportsbetting .
