Following its recent release on Android, online bingo operator Bingo.com has announced the launch of its social casino product Trophy Bingo on Apple’s iOS platform. The puppy-themed game sees players win their way through 120 levels of bingo challenges, and includes a number of social bingo innovations including power plays, a map progression system, unique game types, card blockers, bonus bingo rounds, and a bingo combo system.
Free to download, it offers in-app purchases for extra bingos and premium power plays.
The game has been live in the Google Play store since August, with the launch of the Apple iOS version following the company’s recent private placement of shares which raised net proceeds of $700,000, earmarked, according to CEO Jason Williams, to “finance the ongoing development and marketing of Trophy Bingo.”
Speaking of the latest launch, Williams said: “Trophy Bingo’s launch on Apple’s iOS takes us one step closer to full market penetration with our innovative social bingo game. We intend on making Trophy Bingo the most popular and highest grossing social bingo game worldwide.”
Williams said that the company’s live tuning and development efforts with Trophy Bingo on Google’s Android had provided “extremely satisfying” results for its retention and monetization metrics.
“We anticipate that these key performance indicators will be even stronger on iOS as the platform is a better fit with the social bingo demographic in our target markets,” he continued. “The Trophy Bingo team remains focused on releasing product updates and new features that will enhance the game’s performance to the point where a significant marketing budget will be spent with the objective of moving Trophy Bingo into the upper ranks of the monetization charts for both Apple and Google smartphones and tablets.”
