Globalbet Sportsbook has commented on the $7,000 payout complaint reported by SBR last week.
A player had claimed that he made $7,500 worth of deposits over 30 days to the online sportsbook via credit card.
He made a profit of $500, but had not been paid after requesting a $7,000 payout.
Globalbet has initiated refunds on all transactions, after claiming that its third-party processor informed them that five of the player’s deposit were insufficient.
Sportsbook Review provided this update to the player but has yet to hear back from him. The case remains open. If the sportsbook’s time-line turns out to be accurate, the dispute would be considered closed.
