A Netbet Sportsbook player has filed a complaint with SBR.
The player deposited €100 via eWallet company Neteller. He wagered his whole balance on a soccer match priced at 2.65 (returning €165 in profit) before suddenly having his account closed.
His account was frozen so that the KYC process could be conducted, though two months have passed with no update.
The complaint is very similar to the Netbet issue reported by SBR on November 22. In that complaint, a player stated that his account was locked with a €320 balance.
Netbet players have submitted consistently poor feedback on the sportsbooks’ customer service and KYC procedures. Long periods of time have went between the payout request to fulfillment date.
A €2,550 complaint was reported against Netbet on November 28.
Netbet operates a gaming license granted by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta.
