Automated retention marketing solutions provider Optimove has added real-time marketing capabilities to its retention automation platform.
The platform already allows users to manage and automate multi-channel customer marketing plans using proprietary predictive micro-segmentation technology.
However, the addition of trigger-based campaign will now enable users to respond to customer behaviour as they happen in real-time.
Marketers can select a message or offer to serve to each customer persona using Optimove’s customer modelling technology, before selecting an event or activity to trigger a message that can be personalised for individual customers.
The real-time capabilities also feature various end-to-end campaign management tools such as automatic selection of control groups, event tracking, automatic message delivery, results analysis and optimisation recommendations.
