Sports betting product and services provider Metric Gaming is to expand its operations into Central Europe through a new partnership with gaming operator Hattrick Sports Group.
Hattrick, which has already established itself in the Central European region, will integrate Metric’s flagship SuperLive products into its gaming platform under a licensing agreement with the company.
SuperLive, which has been optimised for mobile devices, deploys HTML5 and push technology.
Players are able to place proportional wagers on in-game events as matches unfold, while their accounts are debited and credited in real-time.
Hattrick already offers various live betting services to its customers across Central Europe through more than 3,000 points of sale in seven countries, in addition to a range of self-service terminals, retail concepts and web and mobile betting platforms.
“We have every expectation that this partnership will be a successful one for us both,” Metric Gaming president and chief executive officer, Peter Bertilsson, said.
“Hattrick has built an impressive team and an innovative, compelling sportsbook offering, which we believe SuperLive will complement perfectly.”
Carsten Sundberg, chief executive officer of Hattrick, added: “Hattrick prides itself on staying at the forefront of gaming innovation and technology, so offering SuperLive was an easy choice.
“We are excited to be working with Metric and eager to see what our companies can do together.”
