Play’n GO to integrate iGaming platform with Danske Spil

Swedish casino software provider Play’n GO has signed a partnership to supply Denmark’s state-controlled gaming operator Danske Spil with its Game Account Toolkit (GAT) iGaming platform. Play’n GO will provide Danske Spil with proprietary content and a number of games from third-party suppliers via the platform.

The GAT open platform has been designed to give the operator as much flexibility as possible, allowing it to add new content from Play’n GO and other suppliers.

“Danske Spil will get a solution that capably manages a heterogeneous operation based on components supplied by Play’n GO and/or from other vendors, granting Danske Spil the independence to shop around for the very best applications and systems, giving them true freedom of choice,” said Play’n GO, adding that the exact scope and details on the new offering from Danke Spil is yet to be revealed.

The GAT solution comes with a complete back office system that provides clients with a range of tools for managing the product, and compiles infromation from gata databases to help monitor usage, and provide access to key data and support systems.

Play’n GO’s team of platform developers will work to ensure Danske Spil is supplied with a selection of superior back-office administration tools for surveillance and marketing.

The deal further strengthens Danske Spil’s iGaming offering, with the operator offering casino and poker products through bwin.party, and an Evolution Gaming-powered live dealer product.

Last year it moved to bring product development in-house through the acquisition of Aalborg-based games studio CEGO, finalising a deal to take a 60 per cent stake in the business in June last year.
