Sports betting industry software provider OpenBet has unveiled its omni-channel gaming solutions today (Tuesday) with the launch of the company’s ‘One Account. Endless Possibilities’ campaign.
Visitors to the OpenBet stand (N1-410) at ICE Totally Gaming are able to see a product range designed to facilitate a single view of the player and the technology that powers the industry’s first live omni-channel solution, Coral Connect.
Coral Connect is designed to boost revenues whilst reducing acquisition costs and increasing customer loyalty.
The OpenBet Unify Card provides a link between land-based and online gaming, holding together a customer’s username, password, profile and wallet.
Meanwhile OpenBet Promote will promote combinations of live video feeds, television, audio, data feeds, HTML, RSS, and social media, and the final product showcase will be OpenBet’s self-service betting and gaming terminals.
