Traffic Generation signs Tapcentive as first US partner

Digital marketing solutions provider Traffic Generation has signed up in-location mobile engagement company Tapcentive as its first US-based partner, as the company looks to address the specific needs of the US gaming market. TraffGen has updated its proprietary platform, The Hub, to cater for the US market, in particular land-based casinos, providing them with a single point of access to effective marketing technologies.

TraffGen CEO Andy Caras-Altas said that digital convergence has rapidly become the fastest-growing part of the industry and the “most important component of any operator’s strategy to retain today’s audience and acquire new customers across different generational segments.”

“Our responsibility is to enable land-based properties to make effective use of the numerous digital technologies available to them today,” he said.

Jeff Connors, TraffGen’s vice president for the Americas, added: “We have carefully studied the US market where the opportunities for this convergence are currently at the highest and most promising we think they have ever been.

“As a result, we can now provide gaming companies across every US state with a single, unified platform for all of their marketing and player development campaigns.”

TraffGen’s first US-based partner is Tapcentive, an in-location mobile engagement company headquartered in California.
Tapcentive generates new audiences and encourages visitors to stay longer and spend more by connecting the digital and physical environments that today’s consumers patronize with equal measure.

“We are extremely excited to be a part of Traffic Generation’s US partner program and to contribute an innovative channel to their analytical tools,” said Dave Wentker, CEO of Tapcentive. “This partnership unlocks unprecedented insight into players’ behaviours since our in-location data becomes even more powerful when combined with TraffGen’s rich customer profiling capabilities and marketing tools.”

The partnership with Tapcentive will provide TraffGen’s casino clients with the ability to engage customers on-property through immersive, gamified mobile experiences.

“We design our services specifically to become a full part of a casino’s marketing program in the easiest manner possible, eliminating the need for time-consuming integrations to casino data systems,” continued Caras-Altas. “We strive to enable casinos to deploy the best technologies with dramatically reduced lead times and costs, while enabling casino staff to manage all player engagement duties through a single, easy-to-use interface.”
