LSbet Sportsbook: Second complaint involving eWallet history

lsbetimageA second LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) complaint has been received involving the unusual request of a player’s entire eWallet history.

This transaction log would show all transactions recorded to other individuals and sportsbooks. LSbet claims the information is necessary to rule out fraud, though it is a tough sell.

The fundamental problem with LSbet’s approach is the violation of player privacy.

Case in point: The player, who had accumulated €130 in winnings off a €700 deposit, provided his whole Neteller statement, but he blacked out transactions to other individuals and businesses that were not to LSbet.

LSbet refused to accept this and has asked the player to include all transactions with the statement.

The player says he disagreed with the requirement, but obliged the request in an attempt to get his funds, though he has still yet to be paid.

Sportsbook Review has followed up on this latest LSbet complaint. A very similar report was published on February 10 involving a contested Skrill balance.
