A Dimeline Sports (SBR rating D) player has claimed a $4,000 payment has been pending since December 30.
The player has claimed he was told the payout would soon be processed, but that the manager he was dealing with has been unreachable as of late.
Spoortsbook Review has followed up with Dimeline Sports for comment.
Dimeline was most recently in the news when a sportsbook managed by their parent compant BTG Global NV (VIPSports.eu) agreed to pay a player $1,000 as a partial settlement for a long standing NHL wagering dispute.
For a period of time, the sportsbook group would not discuss player complaints with SBR after a series of customer service and payout complaints caused their rating to be part of the SBR blacklist. Communication has since resumed, and the risk level adjusted to D.
BTG Global NV also powers Bet The Globe and the Safari Casino Group. The sportsbook family holds a sub-license in Curacao.
