Sportsbook Review reported on February 20 that a BetAtHome player had an account with a balance of €13,000 confiscated. BetAtHome has yet to provide an update on the complaint to SBR.
Since this report’s publication, a new complaint has been filed by a player that alleges similar action was taken to his account; the player states that after his documents were provided, his account was confiscated and $4,000 in winnings went unpaid.
The player denies wrongdoing. He claims to be fully aware of BetAt home’s standard terms and conditions, denies operating a multiple account and swears that his documents are legitimate.
