A GR88 Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a complaint against the betting site with SBR.
He opened his account on February 2, 2015, and accepted a 100% bonus with a £100 deposit. After completing the rollover requirement, the player attempted to proceed with his first ever withdrawal.
This is where the trouble started for him.
GR88 Player: “Once I requested my withdrawal of £1310, my account was locked for the following 5 working days as another security procedure whilst they processed my withdrawal. At the end of the 5 working days I received an email from Rory {name redacted} which I have forwarded to help@sportsbookreview.com I have had never had any other Gr88 accounts and don’t know anyone else that has had a Gr88 account. Gr88 have effectively stolen my winnings and deposit totalling £1310..”
The player denies operating other GR88 accounts and to have been in full compliance with the online sportsbook.
Even if GR88 could prove a violation of their multi-account terms and conditions, there is no basis to not refund the player’s deposit; doing so would essentially be profiting off fraud, and freerolling accounts.
Sportsbook Review has followed up with GR88 to discuss the complaint.
GR88 is part of the Olympian Group, which includes Geobet and Bulldog777.
