London-listed gaming supplier Nektan has signed its fourth white label partnership of the year, with casino operator Kerching the latest operator to migrates its offering onto the company’s platform. The partnership sees Kerching migrate its offering from IGT to Nektan’s multi-channel platform, with the supplier also providing real-money gaming content and related services.
The operator’s desktop customers have already been migrated to the platform, with mobile customers to follow in Q2.
Once the migration is complete, Kerching will begin an aggressive customer acquisition drive, investing more than £5m in marketing over the next two years.
The company has been active in the industry since 2007, and was acquired by IGT a year later.
Last year, backed by private equity, the brand was acquired with the holding company Kerching Gibraltar Limited established. The business has a workforce of 30 employees, and will look to significantly grow its business in partnership with Nektan.
“We are delighted that the team at Kerching selected Nektan as their gaming partner of choice. It is also excellent to see a well established gaming operator endorse our gaming platform,” Nektan chief executive David Gosen commented. “Our core competency of delivering end-to-end, real money, gaming solutions is clearly resonating strongly with operators and brand owners alike, as they look to generate revenues and deeper engagement with their customers.”
Warren Jacobs, managing director of Active Win Media, responsible for Kerching’s marketing, added: “Combining our proven acquisition expertise with Nektan’s market leading real money gaming content and platform will undoubtedly lead to a highly productive partnership with Kerching and its customers.
“Nektan has already displayed excellent partnership qualities and remarkable agility in getting Kerching to market ahead of schedule on its gaming platform,” he explained.
The deal is the fourth white label gaming partnership to be agreed by Nektan this year. It has already partnered daily newspaper City A.M. to launch a real-money casino brand; News UK to launch the Sun Play skill games offering and Channel 4 to launch a free-to-play Come Dine with Me bingo game.
