Gibraltar-based online gaming operator Mansion has announced changes to its management structure, with chief executive Guy Gussarsky handing the reins to current COO Sagi Lahav. Gussarsky will step down as chief executive after eight years in the role, but will remain with the company as a member of the board of directors.
He will be replaced by current chief operating officer Lahav, who has also served with the company for eight years.
The changes take effect on April 1st.
The restructuring will also see the current head of business development, Shelly Hadad, promoted to the role of COO.
The company said the changes will provide continuity to the management of the business at an important time for the operator and its development plans for the future, and in managing the ongoing challenges facing the industry as a whole.
