A Sportsbook.ag (SBR rating D-) player has filed a payout complaint against the betting site.
The player requested payment of $500 on March 5 and as of today, March 26, he has yet to receive the funds.
The player has stated that customer service has been of no help to him, and he is in the dark on when he can expect to receive payment. The Sportsbook.ag website lists up to 4-6 weeks for cheque payments to be received, a time-frame that has been the source of many complaints in the past; this could be the issue in this particular complaint.
