Malta-licensed software supplier EveryMatrix has strengthened its management team with the appointment of William Hill Online’s Oren Cohen Shwartz as vice president of product development. Cohen Shwartz leaves his role as head of operations for William Hill Online to join EveryMatrix, having spent the past seven years with the operator, originally joining as head of web operations.
He has been hired as part of EveryMatrix’s drive to “adapt to the changing dynamics” of the iGaming sector by seeking out high-quality staff.
The supplier described Cohen Shwartz as an experienced executive manager with a successful track record of building from scratch, optimising and delivering large-scale operations.
In the role, he will take responsibility for all product development, with all of the department’s staff reporting to him.
“The EveryMatrix team is growing at a very rapid pace and we’re proud to have Oren join us,” EveryMatrix chief executive Ebbe Groes commented. “His vast hands-on experience in leading complicated projects in cutting edge technologies and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff will help propel EveryMatrix forward.”
Cohen Shwartz is the second high-profile executive to be hired by EveryMatrix this year, after it poached Evolution Gaming’s group finance manager Diane Dalli as its new chief financial officer in January.
