Gibraltar-licensed casino games developer Realistic Games has moved to enhance its blackjack product with the addition of two side games from Games Marketing.
The Perfect Pairs and 21+3 games will be made available to Realistic Games’ clients through a deal with Games Marketing, a subsidiary of Progressive Games Partners.
Perfect Pairs is based on standard blackjack and offers players the opportunity to win bonus cash by placing a wager on whether a pair of cards will be drawn.
The second game, 21+3, combines standard blackjack with a side bet based on a three-card poker hand formed from the player’s first two cards and the dealer’s up card.
Games Marketing chief executive Chris Reynolds said he was delighted to have sealed the licensing agreement with Realistic.
“It is a real compliment that Realistic Games have chosen two of our side bets, which are simple and effective revenue generators for operators on all platforms,” Reynolds said. “These side bets provide players with engaging content and an added dimension when they are looking for the perfect snacking game.”
Realistic commercial director Andy Harris said that following the passage of the UK’s new point of consumption tax regime, operators are looking for new products and ways of enhancing existing games.
“Games Marketing’s side bets fit the bill and are a great accompaniment to our blackjack, which is already a firm favourite for both our clients and their players,” he explained.
