Twenty five slow pay complaints have been raised by Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) players.
The sports betting website has acknowledged that payouts take an average time-frame of up to five weeks – already well at the bottom of the industry average – but this payout time-frame is not being met, sparking the now 25 total complaints by unhappy players.
Eight new complaints were filed this week by players. Their irate feedback is listed below:

“Requested a payout of $1050 on April 12th. Still not processed. Absurd.”
“Hi, I’ve been waiting for a max check withdrawal from sportsbook.ag since February 25th, just wanted to see if there have been any updates with all the other complaints involved as well. Thank you.”
“Been trying to withdrawal winnings since March 11th. Have cancelled once and tried to re-withdrawal but same situation occured. Currently on 4th week of waiting for withdrawal to even be processed. Still pending”
“Been waiting almost 6 weeks for my withdrawal of 536.00. Keep getting a generic response to my emails. Totally getting scammed.”
“Sportsbook.ag advertises a 3-5 week turnaround time for payout by mailed check on withdrawals. Request for withdrawal was made for $2,500 on 4/17/15. After 5 weeks, I contacted customer service via live chat and was informed that they would supposedly be working to quickly have the withdrawals team get the check out. However, since then (and since the initiation of the withdrawal) there has been no change in the withdrawal status. It is still listed as “Pending” with the message “Your Withdrawal is Pending – The transaction is under review and will be sent to our payment processors shortly.” I’ve been given no updates since the start, and obviously with 6 weeks now passed, it seems excessively long.Thanks you for any assistance!”
“I’ve now been waiting 13 weeks for my payout (March 1st). It’s for $2500usd this is a joke. Please help as any time I contact them they give me no update.Thanks “
“I submitted a withdrawal request on 4/1/15 for $4,965.99 and I have received the run around for two months receiving this payout. Also request a manager review the withdrawal and offer up a timeline and they did not honor that request. “
