Sportsbook Review reported on April 29 that there was a Rival Sportsbook dispute involving €1,063 in disputed winnings.
A player claimed that his betting limits were lowered to the sum of just €1, prompting him to request a withdrawal, and later fail a random security phone call where the player was unable to answer all of the questions due to his phone connection.
SBR followed up on the sportsbook complaint with Rivalo.
Management returned SBR’s contact and explained their position on the dispute. Ultimately, the online sports betting website agreed to re-open the player’s account to allow for the withdrawal of the €1,063 in question.
Rivalo also expanded on a dispute dated April 13 where a female player was accused of multi-accounting. Rivalo provided some evidence as to their findings but agreed to refund $6,000 in deposits so as to not profit from the alleged fraud.
