A Rivalo Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has launched a complaint against the sports betting website with Sportsbook Review.
The player has stated that his account held a balance of just under €3,000 at the time of the closure.
He was accused of something which he absolutely denies being guilty of and is seeking assistance contesting the issue with the sportsbook. Prior to running his balance up to near €3,000, he has claimed that he made twelve consecutive deposits losing an average of €1,500 each transaction.
During this time, his ability to make wagers and transactions was not impeded in any way.
He believes that once he began winning – and just a small percentage of his overall losses – Rivalo invented a reason not to pay him. The reason is that the online sportsbook believes he is linked to another user.
In response to the charge, the player had the following to say:
Rivalo user – “I do not know anyone that is playing in Rivalo, they just want to steal my money. The problems only happened when I started winning.”
Sportsbook Review reported on May 31 that Rivalo resolved a complaint involving a €1,063 balance.
Sportsbook Review has followed up with Rivalo management to discuss this complaint.
