LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) management has responded to the player complaint reported by SBR yesterday involving a player who stated that his €557 balance was unfairly confiscated.
LSbet has shared some evidence with SBR which suggests this player previosuly registered with the sportsbook to also redeem a bonus prior to this account creation.
The sports betting site quoted section 1.2.4.1 of their general terms and conditions, which state the following:
LSbet Terms, 1.2.4.1: “All winnings, bonuses, free bets and winnings accrued from such bonuses and free bets obtained using {a} Duplicate Account will be void and forfeited;”
The player was credited with his deposit back free of charge through his initial deposit method.
The sportsbook asked SBR to publish that in good faith they did not charge payment fees for the player, and are unwilling to revisit the complaint further. Assuming the evidence is accurate and the player cannot refute, the handling of the case is considered fair and this matter resolved.
