A Betsafe Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player claimed that his account was closed along with €2,300 seized. He believes that he did not violate any terms and conditions.
Often disputes involve sportsbook cash bonuses or multi-accounting; the player insists that is not the case, as he did not even receive an initial deposit bonus, and in addition was not wagering enough to have possibly circumvented any wagering limits.
The player stated the below in part of his complaint filed today with Sportsbook Review.com against Betsafe:
Betsafe Sportsbook player: “My account was closed. Seized 2300 euros. I did not break anything. Bonuses are not received. Help me deal with them.”
SBR has followed up with Betsafe to discuss what the player’s infraction is, and if he will be paid his original deposit whilst the winnings are presently in dispute.
SBR previously reported in March that a Betsafe player believed an NBA wager was unfairly voided by the sports betting website.
