A BetOwi Sportsbook (SBR rating C) manager has addressed the payout complaint reported earlier this morning.
A player claimed that he has a $10,677 balance and had not been paid for six weeks.
BetOwi countered by stating that they have been in touch more than ten times via telephone to confirm his payment details, but the player only answered the phone today.
The player has confirmed receiving a $500 payout today. He stated that his caller ID showed no missed calls last week.
BetOwi player: “What frustrates me about their response is they are talking about one $500 payout not the fact that it took 6 weeks or the fact that they still owe me $10k and have made no effort to expedite the process or attempt to pay more than $500 every six weeks. I refuse to continue to gamble with them because I know there is no chance of me getting my money out of this account “
