SG Gaming agrees multi-year Talarius deal

The SG Gaming division of Scientific Games has secured a four-year agreement with adult gaming centre operator Talarius.

Under the deal, SG Gaming will provide its fully integrated server-based gaming platform across an additional Talarius adult gaming centres.

The move, which is due to begin this month, will increase the total number of SG Gaming server-based terminals across the company’s estate to approximately 500.

The agreement comes after a trial in a number of sites, with SG Gaming terminals already installed in Talarius’ venues across the UK.

The launch represents the conversion of existing terminals to the server-based gaming platform, as well as the installation of customised Clarity terminals and the additional purchase of T8 terminals.

The T8 and Clarity terminals will be fully networked on the server-based gaming platform and benefit from various features such as multi-content menus and a range of operational efficiencies.

Talarius will now have access to a content library that includes games from the likes of Bally Technologies and Barcrest.

“Ensuring that customers enjoy our facilities by providing them with the greatest choice of machines and games possible is our number one priority, and SG Gaming provides a quality range of content, terminal promotions and yield support,” Talarius’s head of gaming strategy Andy Whitworth said.

Phil Horne, UK managing director at SG Gaming, added: “Our solution offers a fully networked terminal base, industry leading content, platform functionality and sophisticated business intelligence tools.

“It will give Talarius the opportunity to benefit from our complete gaming solution and see first-hand how it delivers value in the adult gaming centre sector.”
