A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a complaint.
The player opened his account with BetMotion on July 13 and deposited €100 through Skrill.
His deposit received a €150 bonus. The player has claimed that he fulfilled all bonus wagering requirements before increasing his balance to €2,564.
After meeting the play-through requirements for the sportsbook bonus, he requested payment.
At this point, BetMotion asked the player to send a copy of his passport and a photo holding his passport next to his face; a request becoming increasingly common in today’s KYC-heavy industry.
Despite obliging the request, the player has still not received his €2,564 withdrawal, and his account has since been blocked by the online sportsbook.
SBR has followed up with BetMotion to discuss the complaint.
BetMotion last received a sportsbook rating upgrade from C to C+ on May 3, 2015.
BetMotion players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
