A Rivalo Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a complaint accusing the online sportsbook of confiscating his winnings.
The player deposited €50 to Rivalo one year ago and proceeded to increase his balance to €601.31.
He tried to request payment last week after uploading all of his ID documents to satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Shortly thereafter, Rivalo closed his account.
The player was accused of breaching the sportsbook terms and conditions. He was given no specific information on what his breach was, and told specifically that no more information would be forthcoming.
He was credited his €50 deposit back through Skrill, but was told that his winnings would not be paid.
The player claims to have not knowingly violated any part of Rivalo’s conditions, and pointed out that he was wagering for a year off and on without being notified about any infraction until he tried asking for a payout.
