Prva Sportska Kladionica d.o.o. (“PSK”), a Hattrick Sports Group subsidiary, received formal approval from Romania’s national office for gaming, the Oficiul Naţional pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN), to conduct online business starting August 1st, 2015. Hattrick will operate in Romania under the brand Casa Pariurilor.
With this approval, Casa Pariurilor becomes the first of the domestic land-based gaming operators in Romania to be granted an online gaming license. The Company intends to leverage the full strength of its parent company Hattrick’s, proprietary web and mobile technology to expand Casa Pariurilor offerings to players on the web. This expansion further strengthens Casa Pariurilor’s position as one of the region’s premier gaming companies. As part of the licensing process, Casa Pariurilor passed a strict set of regulatory tests and checks that were designed to ensure players have a safe, secure and trusted online gaming experience. Casa Pariurilor is one of only a few companies that received the regulatory approval necessary to accept players online in Romania.
