Eight slow-pay complaints have been reported by ZenitBet (SBR rating D) players.
Each of the players have waited in excess of 30 business days for their funds, and are owed approximately $1,500 respectively.
The players have been given little to no information from the sportsbook on their payout statuses.
SBR previously had correspondence with ZenitBet concerning a similar slow pay: The sportsbook claimed despite the player waiting 30 days for payment, he was placed on an additional “60 day trial” period, where his activity and documents could be scrutinized more closely. After ZenitBet decided they had no basis not to release his balance, the player was paid and had his account closed.
SBR has asked the Russian sportsbook for comment on each of the payout complaints and has yet to be given any information on where each complaint stands.
ZenitBet has been assessed with an initial rating of D in the sportsbook rating guide.
Players who are in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
