ZenitBet complaint number 20 has been launched with Sportsbook Review.com.
Player: “ZenitBet blocked my account and asked for documents to prove myidentity. I provided these documents and the account (was) unblocked. 01/08/2015 I put on the output of 14 000 rubles ($213). The money is not paid until now. Support is not responding to requests”
Russian bookmaker ZenitBet is on the scam sportsbook blacklist.
The shop made its entry to the sportsbook rating guide earlier this month at D and has fallen to D- after now twenty total payout complaints have been reported by players waiting more than 30 business days to be paid.
The players are waiting to be paid approximately $25,000. Most of them are local players owed Russian Rubles.
ZenitBet commented on only one previous payout complaint by claiming that it needed to force a 60 day waiting period on a player so that they could conduct a detailed investigation.
After a ZenitBet report on 8/20, eight more payout complaints were filed from ZenitBet players.
ZenitBet has yet to address the latest batch of complaints with Sportsbook Review. Players who have not already done so should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
