A Unibet Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has submitted a bonus dispute.
The player claimed that he made three deposits for €5 each intending to cash in on the €5 no risk free bet.
After placing three wagers , the player expected to be credited the free bet by Unibet.
However, he claims that Unibet did not honor the promotion. The player claimed that Unibet indicated that there was an issue with his payment method (Envoy), but that he was charged by the payment provider as normal.
Sportsbook Review is following up with the online sportsbook to discuss what happened with the free bet.
Unibet was recently upgraded to C+ in June of 2015. The sports betting site is willing to discuss player complaints with SBR.
