Seven new ZenitBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) complaints have been received.
The players are owed a combined $17,465 and have been waiting to be paid for longer than 30 business days.
The total amount owed by ZenitBet is $43,659 to 28 players. ZenitBet is on the sportsbook blacklist at D-, and may fall to F if players are not paid.
SBR reported on the 21st ZenitBet slow-pay complaint on September 2.
Sportsbook Review has hit a wall with ZenitBet support. One of the players further noted that the E-Gambling oversight body of Montenegro has not answered him on his complaint.
Players who have not already done so are urged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
ZenitBet players speak out
“I would like to leave a complaint against a bookmaker Zenitbet. Last year I’ve registered at this bookmaker and began to play. First time I’ve ordered the payment in February of this year. This payment was refused and my account was blocked for 60 days in accordance with paragraph 5.15 of their Rules. After a 60-day block of my account I turned back to the bookmaker and received a message that I need a verification of my account. I’ve sent a notarized copy of my passport to the address specified by the bookmaker. After that I received two payments in May: May 7 2015 14932 roubles and 25 May 14900 roubles. After it the bookmaker Zenitbet has stopped any payments. 63,500 roubles remained at a bookie.”
“My current balance is 146 651 Russian Roubles (2 300 USD). I have no answer from zenitbet.com by e-mail. And I have no answer from e-gambling.me”.
“Hello I want to file a complaint against the bookmaker zenitbet. My account has been blocked and requested a notarized copy of the passport. A notarized copy of the passport, I sent to the address given me a bookie. After that my account was unlocked. I requested a withdrawal of June 24th. It’s been more than two months but the bookie did not pay back the money. Bookmakers have a point of the rules that it can make payments every 30 days, but it violates this rule. Also bookmaker ignores the letter by e-mail. The total amount in the account is 36 476 rubles.Please assist in bringing to justice of the bookmaker.”
