A player deposited €120 using Skrill on July 20. He received an initial deposit bonus of €35.
The player only wagered on four events before asking for a withdrawal on July 26. The player was asked to provide ID documents and obliged, but he has yet to be paid.
BetGun has cancelled the player’s withdrawal a total of three times.
He claims that support@betgun.com is no longer responding to his queries regarding his withdrawal, so the player decided to file a sportsbook complaint against the online sports betting website.
This is the only BetGun complaint on file. The sportsbook has been online since 2006 and operates under Internet Betting Group. The company displays a registration number of 3101419933.
