1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) management is investigating the complaints reported by players.
Most of the complaints involve the confiscation of player balances; most recently, a player claimed €1,200 was confiscated after he deposited €600 and profited by wagering a 15% sportsbook bonus.
1XBet Sportsbook debuted in the sportsbook rating guide at the mark of D- on August 19, 2015. 1XBet is presently listed on the online sportsbooks blacklist.
When sportsbooks can confiscate winnings
Only in clear and irrefutable examples of fraud should winnings be confiscated. Players cannot simply be debited their winning balances due to being too sophisticated of a player, and if a player is determined to be a bonus hunter or not “recreational”, the bonus should be prorated accordingly. Too often, online sportsbooks that are rated lower on the SBR ranking scale resort to heavy-handed tactics such as limiting players maximum wager to $1 with thousands in rollover required by a certain time-frame, or refusing to prorate bonuses and simply refunding starting deposits.
1XBet players who have not already done so are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
