BetWay Sportsbook (SBR rating B-) has addressed the player complaint involving a past account.
A player claimed that his funds (£256) were in limbo due to having an account that he forgot about in the past.
The online sportsbook has submitted however that the player actually has used four accounts with two active within the last four months and has redeemed multiple sportsbook bonuses.
Most recently, the player received a 100% deposit bonus from BetWay.
The BetWay player has yet to provide comment on these allegations.
BetWay has said that upon confirmation of the player’s ID documents (he has yet to pass the Know Your Customer process) that they will release the player’s deposit.
BetWay Sportsbook users in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
