TonyBet Sportsbook Bonus Complaint

tonybetimageA TonyBet Sportsbook player has filed a complaint with SBR.

The player stated that he deposited €400 and received a 50% welcome bonus up to $200.

He placed 15 bets since accepting the offer and has €2,350 left in play-through requirement to complete.

TonyBet has limited the player to €1 maximum bets; the player has claimed he cannot reasonably complete this rollover before his bonus expires; this is a completely valid point.

Sportsbook Review covered when online sportsbooks lower wagering limits after a bonus in a recent editorial. Sportsbooks who choose to do so can basically do the following: 1. Close the player’s account and prorate the bonus, 2. Restore the player’s wagering limit to reasonable amounts, 3. If the player rolled over enough, simply pay the balance in good faith if the risk management department is uncomfortable with taking further action from the player.

The TonyBet player in this case would be happy with either of the aforementioned three scenarios.

Sportsbook Review is attempting to speak on this complaint with TonyBet, though the sportsbook was recently downgraded for their handling of player complaints – on Sep 10, TonyBet was lowered from the mark of D to D-, which places the Estonia based online sportsbook on the worst sportsbook blacklist.

SBR reported last week that a TonyBet Sportsbook player had his balance confiscated after failing a random phone quiz. Prior to this, the sportsbook was determined to have freerolled a player and confiscated €3,000 in winnings after the player profited off a casino bonus promotion.

TonyBet players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
