Casino and gaming systems company Konami Gaming has linked up with online gaming developer Spin Games to deliver internet video slot games to the social and real-money environments.
Under the agreement, Konami and Spin Games will launch a remote game server (RGS) that will offer slot titles such as ‘Dragon’s Law’ and ‘China Shores’ to both online and land-based operators.
Content has been developed using HTML5 technology and will be made available in desktop and mobile format.
“We have a long-standing reputation for performance and our hope is that through this new RGS, we can begin to deliver our content to our customers in order to help them excel in the internet gaming space,” Konami vice-president of marketing, Matt Reback, said.
“The delivery system we’re building with Spin is technologically sound—the best this industry has to offer.”
Kent Young, president of Spin Games, added: “We are delighted to be entering into this agreement with Konami and honoured to have been chosen by them as the interactive technology provider of choice.
“We will diligently work alongside Konami to ensure their customers’ expectations are exceeded.”
