Vbet Sportsbook player getting stalled for 30 days?

vbetimageA Vbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a complaint against the sports betting site.

The player deposited €600 via Neteller on October 22.

He proceeded to place 11 sports bets with the sportsbook, all of which were in-play wagers.

On October 30, VBet allegedly assigned the player €1 wagering limits. He subsequently requested payment of €927.66 after recognizing that his action was no longer wanted at the sportsbook.

Vbet required that the player send a copy of his ID plus a photo of himself holding the ID, a request more common nowadays as online sportsbooks look to enforce their Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.

The player was accused of initially sending false documents, then told that his documents were verified fully. However, the player was told that his account was undergoing a monitoring period and that this would require 30 days. He was told his payout would not be processed until the 30th of November.

Believing that this is unusual and unfair treatment, the player proceed to launch a sportsbook complaint with SBR for the situation to be investigated. In fact, Vbet delayed a player for 30 days once before as was reported by SBR on July 28, though that player was subsequently paid before Vbet was introduced to the rating guide at D.

Sportsbook Review will update the newswire when additional details are learned about the player’s payout request and the alleged 30 day monitoring period.
